Terms — AI Workforce

Published October 6, 2026

AI Workforce is a private operational application operated by Michael Orloff Consulting for Michael Orloff's own authorized accounts. It is not open for other people to connect accounts. Contact michael@orloff.ca.

Account connection requires authority to use the account and its information, including applicable organizational restrictions. AI-generated drafts, interpretations and recommendations require appropriate review and may be incomplete or inaccurate. An approval or generated reply is not proof that an external action succeeded; execution and verification are recorded separately where supported.

The application does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete integration data or successful recovery from every backup. Verified archive checks are not equivalent to a tested restoration. Retention and processing are described in the Privacy page, including controls still under implementation. These terms do not grant authority to disclose an employer's or third party's data.
